(aka. "CC" and "LC" respectively).
General Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive:
-Assist the Conference Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC), as directed, to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to clients renting the CC and the LC and their guests.
-Assist the Conference Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC) in tracking and logging vendor approval paperwork.
-Manage "Day of Event" details and facilitate event timelines in collaboration with event vendors.
-Regularly inspect the building for damage/needed repairs and report problems to Facility Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC).
-Track inventory of Conference Services equipment, making repairs as necessary, and reporting deficiencies or needed purchases to the Conference Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC).
-Supervision of the Concierge Desk, maintenance of lost & found inventory and 30-day disposal.
-Ensure facility and grounds security.
-Open and close facility as needed using established protocols.
-Record event information for billing purposes while ensuring rate and policy compliance.
-Assist the Conference Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC) in facilitating events and producing room set-up diagrams; provide information and guidance to customers.
-As needed, work in the capacity of Events Concierge to ensure completion of tasks and events.
-Assist the Conference Services Coordinator (LC) and Facility & Events Coordinator (CC) in training and maintaining updated resources and information for hourly staff.
-Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of organizational & operational objectives.
-Required to work evenings, late nights, and weekends.
-Assist Event Operations leadership, including but not limited to Event Operations Manager (LC/CC), Conference Services Coordinator (LC), Facility Services Coordinator (LC), Events Coordinator (LC), Facility & Events Coordinator (CC) and/or Scheduling Coordinator (LC) with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is not responsible for the supervision of employees.

Education and Experience: -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
-Current CMP certification and/or degree in hospitality management preferred, two to four years of increasingly responsible event management or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred advanced technical knowledge of audio/visual/multimedia presentation equipment.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to traverse distances; work in a stationary position while sitting or standing; and using hands to reach or grasp. The employee is occasionally required to stand, ascend/descend, or balance at a height up to 20ft.; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, which may require work on the floor or in tight spaces. The employee must be able to lift 50lbs. and push/pull up to 150lbs. as needed.

-Traversing long distances, on a multi-level building using stairs, corridors, or elevators.

Working Environment: Work is performed in two multi-use performing arts, visual arts, and event facilities that have a dynamic and changing event and activity schedule. The employee will be asked to work variable hours including early morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night shifts during the week, weekends, and some holidays. Employees will be asked to work alone or as an unsupervised team. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
