CenCore, LLC is hiring a Junior Construction Surveillance Technician (Jr CST) in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time position.
CenCore is seeking a Junior Construction Surveillance Technician (Junior CST) to support secure manufacturing, production, and construction-related activities in Aurora, CO. This role supports the protection of controlled work areas, materials, personnel, and production activities for portable and modular Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). The Junior CST helps monitor site activity, support access control, document observations, and escalate concerns in accordance with security procedures, construction standards, ICD 705 expectations, and approved project requirements. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable cleared professional with foundational construction security, physical security, or secure-site monitoring experience. Key Responsibilities Monitor secure manufacturing, production, and construction-related activities to support compliance with security protocols, project specifications, and approved requirements.Support access control processes by observing personnel movement and helping ensure only authorized individuals enter controlled or restricted work areas.Observe contractors, vendors, materials, tools, equipment, work areas, and activity zones for potential security, safety, or compliance concerns.Document and report suspicious activity, procedural violations, safety concerns, process deviations, and other issues through the appropriate reporting channels.Maintain accurate daily logs, observation notes, incident records, visitor documentation, and other required site security records.Conduct routine checks of assigned areas, materials, and activity zones to support secure production, construction security, and site compliance requirements.Coordinate professionally with site security, manufacturing, production, construction, logistics, engineering, quality, and program personnel to support mission continuity.Provide timely updates to site leadership and security personnel regarding observed risks, site status, and follow-up actions.Follow site safety protocols, personal protective equipment requirements, and secure manufacturing expectations at all times.
