Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to work as an Occupational Therapist in CO

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate Range $42-$50

* $5, 000 Sign on bonus paid: $1, 000 paid after 90 days, $2, 000 paid after 6 months, & $2, 000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time employee only
