Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus, but not required!

Rate: $55-$60/hour

* $2, 000 bonus paid: $1, 000 after 90 days & $1, 000 paid after 6 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status for 6 months
