Successful Candidates:

Current PT, OT or SLP License as required in Colorado

Minimum of 3 years' direct patient care experience and 1 year management experience preferred

Rate: $ 108, 000/year

* $5, 000 Sign on bonus paid: $1, 000 paid after 90 days, $2, 000 paid after 6 months & $2, 000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time employees only
