About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of one of our top industrial clients. In this role, you will maintain, inspect, and repair mining processing equipment and machinery to keep operations running safely and efficiently. You will also prepare basic daily and weekly department reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on plant equipment using manufacturer guides.

• Keep track of spare parts and replace worn or broken equipment.

• Fix machinery breakdowns quickly and safely to limit downtime.

• Report major repair needs to your supervisor.

• Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental rules.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience: Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining machinery in an industrial environment.

• Skills: Strong mechanical skills, including stick welding, arc welding, light fabrication, cutting torch, and basic hand tools.

• Preferred: Experience operating equipment like skid-steers or man-lifts.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy.

Job Requirements

• You must follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear (PPE), including respirators.

• Note on Respirators: To ensure a proper safety seal, employees using tight-fitting respirators must be clean-shaven where the seal meets the face. Medical and religious accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
