What you will do

The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensure compliance and quality in the commercial area with processes of new launches, promotions, customer support, leader of copacker processes, ensuring total company growth

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Quality System to have product available

• Manage the Non-Conformities, CAPAS, Change Controls system for Mexico and Central America.

• Communication channel with commercial teams: complaints, product quality events, adverse events, quality requirements, documentation record, new products, launches, product rejection with data analysis, thinking outside the box for problem solving

• Management of new launch initiatives from a Quality point of view, coordinating the inspection of the first article to ensure the launch on time whit daring spirit

• Preparation of procedures or work instructions.

• Management and monitoring of processes with the co-packer, audit, action plans, quality controls and assurance in maquila processes to maintain reliability and quality in the processes in accordance with the requirements of the regulation and internal policies of the company.

• Participation in local, regional or initiatives related to company values as well as leadership imperatives.

• Participation and execution of internal and corporate audit action plans, delivering on time according to the commitment date.

• Support for training on quality topics for existing and new staff.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related areas is required.

• Knowledge and work with GMPs is required

• Strong technical writing skills and communication skills are required.

• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and work with minimal supervision to creatively accomplish technical tasks is required.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes.

• Experience in consumer products or a related industry is preferred.
