We are searching for the best talent for 360 Solutions Analyst to be in CDMX.
Purpose:
The 360 Solutions Analyst role is critical to shape the ongoing success of the business: ensuring inventory, surgery records and the quality system in place to being an Integral Solutions leader in Mexico.
You will be responsible for :
• Ensure Inventory management in the system (Set up and execution)
• Safeguard compliance and inventory accuracy
• Monitoring inventory and related processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitoring process deviations and ensure action plan
• Identify enhancements (processes and system) and deploy solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in terms of inventory management
• Data analysis and trends
• Seek continuous improvement
• Ensure a data driven culture and leverage business insights
• Present results on a monthly basis to the different stakeholders
• Promote a culture of ethics and compliance Qualifications:
• Education: University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required
• 2 years of professional relevant, Inventory management or IT activities
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others
• Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communicator
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment is required
• Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver
• English: intermediate
