We are looking for the best talent for the position of
INTEGRAL SOLUTIONS ANALYST based in Mexico City.
Purpose:
Ensure the completion of the minimally invasive surgery cycle by ensuring the correct restocking and timely delivery of materials at each site, as well as the reconciliation and effective invoicing of the services provided at each hospital through the ERP system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Capture orders for restocking, follow up, and ensure their delivery.
- Generate performance metrics.
- Provide effective and timely follow-up on logistics requests from the commercial area and field supervisors.
- Keep the contacts of the assigned accounts updated for approval requests.
- Notify Sales Representatives, Customer Service Management, and KAM of the reconciliation and invoicing status for each hospital.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at each location.
- Follow up on reconciliations sent to clients for invoicing.
- Advise and provide support to assigned client requests regarding inventory management and invoicing of services provided.
- Keep technical data sheets for assigned products updated for proper invoicing and billing.
- Generate evidence for audits and ISO compliance.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Always adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
