About Camden

Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Quality & Data Officer is a vital role in Camden’s Adult Social Care (ASC), focused on ensuring accurate, reliable data to support quality assurance and improve services.

You will work with the Mosaic system to assess data quality, resolve issues, and provide insights into service delivery and practice effectiveness. Key responsibilities include auditing, developing reporting tools, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements. You'll collaborate with managers, teams, and other departments to optimise systems, train staff, and embed data-driven practices. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the Quality Action Plan and Assurance Framework, driving continuous improvement across ASC.

All About You

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Qlik, or PowerBI. Familiarity with case management systems such as Mosaic is essential, along with knowledge of data quality frameworks and industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are crucial, as is the ability to work independently.

If you’re passionate about improving data quality and supporting impactful decision-making, we want to hear from you!
