Description:

Operational and Administrative Support

Manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.

Act as the primary liaison for communications, ensuring clear and timely responses.

Data Management and Reporting

Develop and maintain Excel-based tools to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights.

Create and manage complex data sets, utilizing pivot tables, formulas, and visualizations.

Produce reports and dashboards to assist in decision-making for Sales and Marketing strategies.

Project and Initiative Coordination

Support the planning and execution of Sales and Marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and key milestones.

Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and provide status updates to the SVP.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

Draft, proofread, and edit communications, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism.

Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, helping prioritize tasks and streamline workflows.

Process Improvement and Organization

Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement solutions.

Maintain organized records, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility of critical documents.

Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and other operational needs for the SVP.
