Description:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused Services Quotation Manager to lead our quotation operations, support senior leadership, and help drive commercial excellence. If you excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy developing people, and have a strong eye for operational improvement, this role could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Lead and support daily quotation operations while collaborating with senior leadership on process planning and optimization.
  • Support cost assessments and contribute to efficient resource management within the team.
  • Prepare clear and data-driven reports and presentations for leadership review.
  • Track quotation performance, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in implementing new tools, systems, and processes to enhance accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Maintain accurate operational and team records, including schedules, attendance, and performance documentation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to support team development.
  • Address escalated issues, including pricing disputes and operational concerns.
  • Coordinate with PLP and US Senior Leadership Teams to support their administrative and commercial needs.
  • Work closely with PLP leaders on strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
  • Model the company's core values in all leadership, communication, and team engagement activities.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Commercial and Digital Services Leader.


Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field
    Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience, ideally in sales operations, sales support, or customer service.
  • Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with a strong ability to develop and motivate people.
