The Role: Services Commercial Policy Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Services Commercial Policy Specialistin our Cavite office.

Mission:

•Make it easier to do business and enable profitable growth thru simplified and consistent commercial policy and pricing rules

•Establish and maintain the necessary service pricing rules to support business efficiency and compliance

What will you do?

•Lead Transformations: Drive hands-on deployment of commercial policy across countries, including the integration of key elements into ERP systems, through a 'fly-in and execute' approach-requiring up to 30% travel

•Align Strategy & Execution: Bridge global guidelines with local market needs, regulatory requirements, and platform capabilities

•Ensure Governance & Delivery: Establish strong governance and ensure timely completion of transformation plans with continuous communication across global and local teams

•Drive Synchronization: Work in close collaboration with other parallel projects to ensure alignment and synchronization across initiatives

Qualifications

Who would be successful?:

•Experience: 4-8 years in one or more of the following domains: Marketing, Pricing, or Analytics

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

•Change Orientation: Proven ability to drive or contribute to transformational initiatives

•Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes

•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities

•Consulting Approach: Capable of managing the full cycle-from diagnosis to results

•Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in a matrixed, global environment with strong team collaboration
