Job Description
Schneider Electric is hiring a Service Order Coordinator (Product Certification & Order Fulfillment) in Cavite, CAV. This is a full-time position.
Manage Customer and Sales requests from Commercial, Logistics, Technical, and Service Support - Enter and Coordinate orders
Support Customer and Sales Teams with order processing, general pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests.
Regularly coordinate with 3rd Party Service Providers to request, renew and overall manage product certifications required for each country in Middle East & Africa.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both internal SE partners and external agencies or service providers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Certification
- Create and manage a Product Database containing approved certifications and Product Test Reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for 3rd Party Certifying Agencies and internal SE employees on inquiries about product certification
- Comply with company policies and procedures and audit requirements
- Comply and maintain On Time Delivery & Product Certification Key Performance Indicators at all times
- Prepare Request for Certification
- Extract relevant and requested reports from internal SE/APC platforms to form part Product List and Details
- Prepare supporting documents such as Product Identity Report and Declaration of No Change
- Service Order Coordination
- Assist with Order Coordination & Fulfillment
- Coordinate with Vendors & Suppliers on product availability
- Conduct meetings with internal & external partners
- Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in any field
- 3-5 years relevant experience - General Customer Support including post sales and/or non-technical customer service.
- Back-office experience in Order Processing preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and able to work extended hours during high peak volumes at month & quarter end
- Able to deal with stressful situations and multiple conflicting priorities and strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment. Able to work well with people
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite, midshift working schedule
- Familiar with computers and related software
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
