We are seeking a candidate to take on the role of Product Information Management (PIM) Champion. The primary objective of this position is to manage the PIM activities effectively and up-to-date with all the system upgrades.

The specialist is supposed to work closely with the country PIM champion, the data office, and various offer data teams within the service LOB.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for localizing the offer data for the country in PIM

• Responsible for localizing the Range, Commercial References and Web eCatalogue for countries in PIM.

• Responsible for offering data web publication with all the required parameters in PIM.

• Coordinate with the Local service offer marketing team to ensure the Localization actions in PIM.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information.

• Collaborate with local Masterdata to ensure reference data flow from country PIM to ERP system.

• Develop and maintain Localization plans, timelines, and progress reports to ensure smooth and efficient execution of offer deployment activities.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of deployment strategies and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global and local teams

• Fluent in English

• Experience in Offer Data Localization and Asset Management (EDMS/DAM)

• Basic understanding of Schneider Electric service Offer and Offer/Offer Data Creation Process

• With data management and analytical skills
