We are seeking a candidate to take on the role of Country Master data support. The primary objective of this position is to manage the ERP master data activities effectively under project mode and run mode.

The specialist is supposed to work closely with country master data team, data office, and various offer data teams within service LOB.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling the master data template and use One Shuttle to enrich the offer data attributes into relevant ERP systems

• Map the offer downstream flow & SAP settings for service offers

• Make sure the correct data setting in ERP to support offer downstream flow, including:

• Quotation

• Item category

• Order management

• Billing

• Supply Chain

• Work Order generation

• Others

• Make sure all the SAP manual steps are maintained with country master data with extended Service and configurable CRs

• Able to extract ERP orders for data analysis

Upload the local price details (e.g. list price, TP, CSC etc) during the annual transfer price campaign

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with global and local teams.

• Fluent in English

• Good understanding of ERP & Master data Domain (with SAP operational experience is plus)

• With certain knowledge of Transaction Codes, ERP Landscape, ERP Data Architecture, ERP Tables & Attributes

• Basic understanding of Schneider Electric service Offer and Offer/Offer Data Creation Process

• With certain data management and analytical skills
