Schneider Electric is hiring a Senior Data Analyst II in Cavite, CAV. This is a full-time position.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst II to support business decision-making through data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance monitoring. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing operational dashboards, maintaining data connections, generating business insights, and supporting stakeholders across Service Operations.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Management & Analytics
  • Support and enhance F2 Dashboard and Demand Generation Dashboard.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Tendering Dashboard.
  • Manage and maintain the New Connection Rate Dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Manage and support the SO Portal, including reporting and data-related requirements.
  • Develop, automate, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to improve business performance.
  • Monitor key operational and business KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.


Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and root cause analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Create regular and ad hoc reports for business leaders and operational teams.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders.


Data Management & Process Improvement
  • Manage data connections and integrations between reporting systems and source applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard standards.


Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with operations teams, business leaders, and regional stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and operational projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
Qualifications

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, data analysis functions).
  • Knowledge of database structures, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Experience with reporting automation and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting service operations, commercial operations, or shared services environments.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
