Senior Associate, Plant Upstream Planner

Join us as a Senior Associate leading upstream planning at the plant level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing supply flow, managing inventory strategically, and collaborating across teams to deliver operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Oversee upstream planning to ensure efficient material flow from suppliers through production operations
• Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while controlling costs and minimizing waste
• Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize demand, supply, and manufacturing schedules
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Supplier Portal Tool - advanced level; managing supplier interactions and tracking material commitments
• Inventory Management - intermediate level; balancing stock levels to meet production needs without excess
• End-to-End Control Tower - intermediate level; overseeing supply chain visibility and coordinating responses to disruptions
• Drives for Results - intermediate level; maintaining focus on goals and delivering outcomes under pressure
• Material Management Tool - intermediate level; tracking and planning material requirements across production cycles
• Inventory planning - developing level; forecasting needs and aligning supply with demand patterns
• Planning Tools - developing level; using systems to schedule and optimize production workflows
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - developing level; integrating sales forecasts with operational capacity
