The Role: Regional Supplier Supply Chain Management Expert (ID: 009456)

You will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert with regard to both planning and production processes to support and strengthen the regional supplier capability development from a supply chain and logistics perspective.

What will you do?

• Manage, own, and improve the supply performance of critical & watch vendors of the region-specific to categories assigned

• Regional Vendor forecast study, gap analysis and risk mitigation for the categories assigned

• Work with factory planners to identify chronic/recurring supply issues with vendors for the specific categories and lead actions to solve those chronic issues

• Deploy Schneider's recommended process and tools at the Vendor's place

• Work in close collaboration with procurement / Industrial deployment teams

• Data analysis and decision-making with data

• BE the Change. LEAD the change

Who would be successful?

• Graduates or Postgraduates in Science / Engineering disciplines

• With a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field of Supply chain, Procurement

• Have an IMPACT mindset to drive fundamental changes to the Upstream process

• Collaborative mindset with strong networking/negotiation and team skills

• Required to travel around 30% to 40% of the time

• Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Kinaxis and SupplyON is an added advantage

• Proficiency in English is a must and additional - Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese / Mandarin will be given preference

• Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
