Schneider Electric is hiring a Regional Contract Manager in Cavite, CAV. This is a full-time position.

The Role: Regional Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional Contract Manager to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?
  • Manage opportunities below $20, 000, including Services (Channel and Proximity), and the One Services portfolio, ensuring timely engagement and closure.
  • Conduct an average of 15-20 outbound calls per day on expired contracts and opportunities to improve renewal rates, increase capture rates, and drive non-recurring revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to promote Schneider Electric's service offerings and value proposition.
  • Lead and participate in regular cadence calls with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to review priorities, identify pipeline gaps, address challenges, and ensure revenue targets and KPI metrics are achieved.
  • Conduct regular 1: 1 alignment sessions with the PLP Territory Team (ISSRs) RSSMs, and other key stakeholders to review account strategies, opportunity management, renewal performance, and territory priorities.
  • Serve as a backup for US VSSR functions, including support for incident management, business continuity during peak periods, reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Promote and position Schneider Electric's service and digital offerings to support customer retention, contract growth, and long-term customer success.
  • Support forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline reviews, and CRM data accuracy to ensure visibility and achievement of business objectives.
  • Complete assignments from both local leadership and North American stakeholders while meeting established quality, productivity, and turnaround expectations.

  • Increase US Renewal Rate and Capture Rate.
  • Drive growth in non-recurring revenue.
  • Expand adoption of One Services offerings.
  • Strengthen customer and partner engagement through consistent follow-up and collaboration.
  • Support achievement of territory, team, and organizational KPIs.
Working Conditions
  • No travel requirements.
  • Work schedule consists of a minimum 40-hour work week.
  • Requires effective collaboration across global and regional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Who would be successful?

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, contract management, account management, or inside sales support.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, service contracts, renewals, or subscription-based offerings is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM, quoting, and sales management tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve productivity, revenue, and customer retention targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate opportunity and customer records.
  • Willingness to work North America business hours and collaborate with global teams.
