The Role: Pricing Analyst
The Pricing Analyst role provides operational and administrative support to Channel Program Managers by managing manual data entries required for program compliance. It involves creating and maintaining MDF and rebate activities, processing daily system entries, updating payment requests with ERP references, and following up on open payment issues. The role also supports channel operations through account creation, stakeholder reminders, scheduled reporting, and ad-hoc reporting or task requests as needed.
What will you do?- Work closely with the Channel Program Managers supporting them with the manual data entries required for compliance.
- Creation of MDF/Rebate activities related to the channel programs.
- Daily data entries in the system of record for mdf/rebate of require.
- Update payment requests in system of record with ERP reference numbers.
- Follow up on open issues related to payment requests.
- Create customer/company accounts in Channel and Program Spend System.
- Complete the calendar of reminders to different stake holders (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Provide the required reports per calendar schedule.
- Any Had-Hoc request for once off reports or additional tasks.
Who would be successful? - Bachelor's degree in Business or related course
- Experience in data admin and analytical background
- Knowledge & Skill 1- Required
- Requires a strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Microsoft Excel capability is essential to this role
- Must have great attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
- A positive can-do attitude is essential to success at Schneider Electric
