The Role: DCIM Sales Support

We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

o The position is responsible for working on software auto-generated leads and routing them to different partners and/or customers.

o Quoting software renewals - DCE/ITA support renewal and subscription based model.

o In the process of sales lead generation Software SSA needs to interact with our customers.

o Responsible for checking software entitlement inquiries and quoting them when necessary

o Ensuring that endusers are covered with software support.

o Calls both inbound and outbound related to Software Contract inquiries and following up on sent quotes.

o The position has a crucial role in the company's marketing strategy and in promoting company's product lines and service offering.

o Interpret policies and make business decisions under pressure, based on customer and company needs to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

o Provide other duties as assigned by NAM Inside Service Sales Manager and Manager of Philippines Service Sales Team.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus

Excellent English communication & interaction skills

Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator

Be digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
