Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards.
  • Support the Hub Organization BPO Benchmarking & Centers of Excellence in their efforts to establish best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Organization structure for Centers of Excellence, Support Functions (include HR & Finance) & hub site leadership aligned with Reporting guidelines & people strategy.
  • Benchmark industry market processes and collaborate with related functions to ensure customer and business benefit.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships for potential business expansion in the Global Hub.
  • Providing guidance on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Supporting the development of project management skills and competencies.
  • Providing feedback on project management performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the growth and development of team members through mentoring and coaching.
  • Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods/processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any field
  • 5~7 years relevant experience in Leadership, Project Management, Business Development and BPO/ Industry Service.
  • Trained in Project Management Fundamentals
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt / PMP Certification are advantageous
  • Execute C-Level presence experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed, organized, and project a professional image.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Training in project management techniques or relevant experience.
  • Expertise in business analysis or system analysis, including a vital role in the development of a big framework.
  • Understanding of the business analysis planning process, including gathering needs, managing issues, and analyzing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in gathering needs from stakeholders using a variety of techniques.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the requirements analysis process, including use cases, data models, process and flowchart diagrams, and validation techniques.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for managing requirements, including keeping projects in line with those requirements.
  • Demonstrated competence in solution validation through reviews of benefits realization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the capacity to explain complex technical scenarios to non-technical staff.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines, plan and deal well with pressure.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently
