Job Description

Schneider Electric is hiring a Associate Pricing Analyst in Cavite, CAV. This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Quote Approval & Threshold Management: Review and approve submitted quotes in the CPQ quoting tool (e.g., Oracle CPQ) based on recommended discount levels and Gross Margin thresholds established per service offer by region/zone within agreed SLAs.
  • Profitability Optimization: Under the supervision of the regional Category Manager, take necessary actions to analyze, manage, and enhance the profitability of Services quotes.
  • Commercial Strategy Alignment: Partner with Services Sales and Service Operations teams to support the development, execution, and implementation of competitive pricing strategies.
  • Financial Evaluation: Conduct thorough financial evaluations to measure, track, and assess the effectiveness of pricing actions and strategy implementations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, analyze, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting on CPQ quote performance, uplift metrics, and baseline data
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's / College Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of Schneider Electric Global Field Services business functions, along with familiarity with Secure Power product lines and service offers.
  • Tool & Systems Proficiency: Experience working with CPQ systems (Oracle CPQ for Services preferred) or other quoting tools, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate baseline data, assess contract uplifts, and check prescribed discount and gross margin thresholds.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across Sales, Operations, and internal/external supply networks.
  • Personal Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and flexibility in managing conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
