The Role: Assistant Operations Manager

To lead a team of Data Architects.

What will you do?

• Manage a team of agents specializing in Data Architecture

• Conduct regular performance and individual development planning and coaching

• Conduct annual performance reviews in coordination with functional managers

• Participate in the recruitment of new team members when necessary

• Conduct SIM meetings to manage operational workload of the team

• Perform or execute process standardization, performance improvement plans to achieve KPIs

• Conduct RCA and recommend/execute action plans to improve processes and performance

• Manage stakeholders and work with functional managers of the processes handled

• Manage customer escalations

• Participate or lead team performance reviews

• Perform managerial functions related to site management, payroll and HR processes

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• At least two years of experience in managing teams in Operations, Support or Shared Services setting

• Proficiency in MS Tools

• Excellent people and performance management skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities

Able to handle additional projects
