Location/Region: This position is located in Dublin, CA.
What's the role? The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for performing tasks supporting all facets of international shipment processing. Creating both ERP system-generated and manual shipping documents required for export shipments. Communicate with Freight Forwarder partners as required for collection of international orders. Interface with transportation partners when needed to ensure timely deliveries to the end customer. Expedite critical shipments as required. Communicate status updates to all internal and external stakeholders.
Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do: • Create shipment pre-alert notifications for Freight Forwarders
• Process export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Letters of Instruction, Certificates of Origin)
• Provide track and trace details as requested
• Ensure the proper use of INCO Terms 2020
• Process courier shipments using web-based tools (Fedex, UPS, DHL)
• Insure the accurate use of business specific freight account numbers
• Resolve delivery delays as needed
• Interface with Compliance team to help resolve Customs and FDA issues
• Support freight claims process from submission to final resolution
• Provide guidance and support to the 3PL partners
Do you qualify? - BS Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience or High School diploma with a minimum seven (7) years related experience in Global Logistics and Distribution.
- Experience with SAP
- Working knowledge of HTS classification codes
- Familiarity with GMP compliance and experience in medical device regulated environment preferred.
- Microsoft business applications: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00.
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
