Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Part Time
• Shift Differentials:
  • + $1.15 PM Shift
  • + $1.50 NOC Shift
  • + $2.00 Weekend Incentive
• Additional Bonuses:
  • Perfect Attendance Bonus
  • Double Shift Bonus

CNA Job Duties

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Document care provided in a timely and professional manner
• Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of California
• A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
