Pay Starting at $65/hr | Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN | Flexible Scheduling

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic rehab team. If you're looking for a supportive environment where your clinical skills are valued and your impact is felt daily, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents reach their highest level of function
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals
  • Document services accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques


What We're Looking For:
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to resident-centered care
