The Ideal Candidate

You are a seasoned Dietitian who brings both expertise and heart to your work. You don't simply complete assessments—you help shape programs, coach teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive positive resident outcomes.

You are comfortable collaborating with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, MDS Coordinators, Dietary Managers, and clinical staff to ensure residents receive exceptional nutritional care while maintaining regulatory excellence.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, sharing knowledge, and helping others succeed.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential in good standing
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, regulatory compliance, and care planning
  • Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population
