Pay: Up to $70/hour, DOE
Job Type: Part-Time and PRN

Whitney Oaks Care Center is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our skilled rehab and therapy team. We provide exceptional skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and post-acute care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Work with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and care coordination


Qualifications:
  • Current California Physical Therapist license (Required)
  • Skilled nursing facility, rehab hospital, or outpatient rehab experience preferred
  • Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for rehabilitation therapy and working with older adults
