Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Uphold high standards of nursing care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Qualifications:
  • Valid California LVN license.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
