🩺 CNA Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality resident care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document care and report changes in condition

✅ CNA Requirements

• Active California CNA certification
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong commitment to resident-centered care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing/post-acute setting
• SNF experience preferred , but not required
