Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing rehabilitation team. We offer a resident-centered environment focused on exceptional outcomes in speech, cognition, and swallow function.
The Opportunity: - Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: White Blossom Care Center — San Jose, CA
- Compensation: Starting at $60.00+ per hour (DOE)
- Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
- Program: Stable, In-House Therapy

Your Impact & Responsibilities: - Comprehensive Evaluations: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with complex speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Treatment Innovation: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance resident outcomes and overall quality of life.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records and progress notes in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to manage resident safety and nutritional needs (including dysphagia management).
- Education: Provide vital education to residents, families, and facility staff on communication and swallowing safety strategies.

Qualifications: - Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Active California SLP license in good standing.
- Certification: CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellowship Year [CFY] candidates may be considered based on supervision availability).
- Skills: Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills; SNF experience is a major plus!
