Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our full-time care team. The RNA will work under the direction of nursing and therapy staff to implement individualized restorative programs that support residents' mobility, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative nursing programs as outlined in resident care plans
• Assist residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and positioning
• Encourage residents to maintain or improve functional abilities
• Document resident participation and progress accurately
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) certification (state-required)
• CNA certification required
• Previous restorative or long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of restorative techniques and documentation
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
