Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - PM & NOC Shifts

White Blossom Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where our staff can provide exceptional care to our residents.

Position Overview

• Status: Full-Time, Benefitted
• Compensation: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• Available Shifts: PM and NOC (Overnight)
• Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation
• Location: San Jose, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and meticulously document resident health conditions.
• Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and clinical team regarding changes in resident status.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
• Availability: Must be able to work PM or NOC shifts on a consistent 4-on/2-off rotation.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.
