What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the NOC shift to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and ensure timely documentation and communication.
• Oversee medication administration and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
• Lead by example — fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a positive environment.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For:

• A current and active California RN license in good standing.
• Strong leadership and critical-thinking skills.
• A calm, confident presence with a passion for long-term care.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required!).
