✨ What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents according to individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and support staff
• Provide training to nursing staff and families to support residents' independence
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

🎓 Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of California (in good standing)
