What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise daily nursing activities of CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health, document care accurately, and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized care plans are followed.
• Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards in every aspect of care.

What We're Looking For:

• A current and active California LVN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for senior care.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (but not required!).
