Position Summary

The Desk Nurse LVN plays a key role in coordinating resident care, supporting clinical operations, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

• Coordinate and oversee resident care from the nurses' station
• Review physician orders, labs, and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
• Support compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in good standing in the State of California
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Experience with PCC (pointclickcare) preferred
