What You'll Do
As a valued CNA team member, you will:

🤝 Provide daily care and personal support based on each resident's care plan
📋 Monitor and report resident status changes promptly
💬 Build warm, respectful connections with residents and families
🛏️ Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, comfort, and safety needs
🧾 Accurately document care activities and follow all facility procedures
🚨 Respond to call lights quickly and ensure ongoing resident well-being
🔐 Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
🌟 Help create a calm, respectful, and positive care environment every shift

What We're Looking For
✔ Active California CNA certification in good standing
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A caring attitude and desire to support residents with dignity and respect
✔ Reliability and professionalism — especially during the overnight hours
