Position Options & Pay
- Full-Time: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
- Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient-centered goals
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Support a positive, motivating therapy environment
- Current Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Patient-focused mindset with a passion for functional outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
