Position Options & Pay
- Full-Time: $46.00 - $52.00 per hour
- Per Diem: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help patients improve performance in activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic recovery
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation
- Promote safety, independence, and functional success
- Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
