We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents with therapeutic activities and exercises to improve functional independence
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living
- Document treatment sessions accurately and track resident progress
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care
Requirements: - Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Valid California state licensure as a COTA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Compensation & Benefits: - $36-$38 per hour, DOE
