Vitalant is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference. Your impact as a Warehouse Coordinator is Vital. You will contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by working with our inventory and procurement of materials/office supplies. Every day you will help provide ample inventory levels of supplies that various departments need and assist in coordinating the delivery of those supplies.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday - Daytime Shift

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll get to:

• Manage inventory to meet department needs and reduce transportation costs.
• Oversee the procurement, quality control, and proper storage of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate the delivery of supplies to various departments and locations.
• Maintain records and schedules for preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Supervise the upkeep of assigned properties, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensure accurate safety documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Manage on-site and off-site storage facilities for organization and efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations required.

Must have a valid instate driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Six months of related experience required.

Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
