Salary Range: 45.00 - 48.00 DOE
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 3: 00 or 4: 00 am alternating start time.

What to Expect
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday with an alternating 3: 00 am or 4: 00 am start time
Pay Rate: 45.00 - 48.00 per hour DOE
Weekend Shift Differential: 8%

Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required or equivalent education, training.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
California State licensure required
ASCP Certification Preferred
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist/educational requirements OR 5 years or more experience for the Medical Laboratory Technician.

- Perform production, processing, and labeling of blood components and blood donations.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.

- Bachelor's degree in biology, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in approved Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc) and currently possess certification from an accredited agency (ASCP)
- State licensure as required by CA regulations
- 0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience meeting Medical Laboratory Scientist
- or
- 5 years or more experience as Medical Laboratory Technician
Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required or equivalent education, training.
