Compensation Considerations: Compensation: $21 - $21.63 per hour DOE
2nd Shift Differential: 9%
Weekend Shift Differential: 8%
*Working Schedule (36 hours per week):
Sundays @ 1: 00 pm - 9: 30 pm
Monday through Thursday @ 5: 00 pm - 1: 30 am
Training Schedule:
Training will occur Monday through Friday @ 0900 -4: 30 pm. Once training is completed, staff will move to the proposed schedule.

Your impact as a Laboratory Technician is vital. Support Vitalant's life-saving mission by operating within the laboratory handling responsibilities that include component production, labeling, record reviewing and data entry.
What to ExpectCompensation: 21- 21.63 / hour DOE
Schedule: M-Thursday 5: 00 pm - 1: 30 am
Sundays 1: 00 pm - 9: 30 pm
Shift Differential: 9%
Weekend: 8%
Must be able to train Monday - Friday 9: 00 am - 4: 30 pm up to 3-4 weeks.

As a Laboratory Technician, you'll get to- Maintain accurate data records and documentation.
- Prepare blood components through processes such as centrifugation, separation, freezing, thawing, washing, storage, sterile docking, transformation, and filtration.
- Ensure product quality, volume, appearance, and time requirements.
- Conduct labeling for routine and special components and implement quarantine procedures.
- High School or GED required
- No Experience Required
