Description Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused and business-minded
Donor Recruitment Manager to play a vital role in our community while significantly contributing to our life-saving mission.
Your impact as a Donor Recruitment Manager is vital. You will lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers who are on the front lines of territory growth and community engagement. We are looking for a leader who is eager to immerse themselves in the blood banking industry and translate that passion into high-performance results. Your role is to oversee the sales pipeline, ensure your team is hitting their KPIs, and provide the strategic support necessary for them to turn community organizations into long-term, life-saving partners. You will champion a culture of excellence, helping your team master the art of new business development and account retention.
What to Expect Schedule: Monday through Friday, days with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

As a Recruitment Manager, you'll get to: •
Lead and Support: Act as a dedicated mentor to a team of Account Managers, providing the leadership and resources they need to meet and exceed territory growth goals.

Manage Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs and sales activity to ensure the team is effectively pursuing new business while maintaining high-quality relationships with current accounts.

Oversee Growth Strategies: Review and refine territory plans, ensuring Account Managers are identifying high-potential opportunities within their assigned geographic areas.

Drive Process Excellence: Oversee the workflow of account management-from the initial "ask" to the final sign-up-ensuring your team provides coordinators with the right tools and portal access to maximize blood drive success.

Foster Industry Passion: Cultivate a deep understanding of the blood banking mission within your team, encouraging them to represent Vitalant with authenticity and drive.

Promote Best Practices: Lead by example by facilitating team collaboration, sharing successful recruitment strategies, and ensuring the team adheres to all internal processes and professional standards.
#CSRAD Requirements - Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
- Valid in state driver's license
- An additional three years related experience to include two years of supervisory experience
