Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care consistent with residents' care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff
• Support a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
