Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Educate residents and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for daily living.
• Document progress and adjust treatments as necessary to meet patient goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT): Must hold active licensure in California.
