Vineyard Post Acute is looking for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Educate residents and families on exercises and adaptive techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications
  • Active COTA license in California
  • Strong passion for helping patients regain function and independence
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • SNF experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
